SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

During sales, drops, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay, we’ll contact you.


SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We ship Australia-wide using tracked postal services.

Estimated delivery times (once dispatched):

  • Standard shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and postal delays.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

International delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Customs processing times are outside our control.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not refundable.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight and service selected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.


TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

If you select Authority to Leave, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to the nominated location.

The Hills Hoist Vintage is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery where Authority to Leave has been selected.


LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

  • please check tracking details first

  • contact the carrier directly where possible

  • if you need help lodging an enquiry, we’re happy to assist

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather events or circumstances beyond our control.


INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs to resend an order will be the responsibility of the customer.


DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist.
