These late-90s does 70s low-rise flare jeans by Forecast are main character energy. The lace-up front, patterned denim, and dramatic flare are peak vintage perfection. Cotton–spandex blend gives the ideal amount of stretch while maintaining that true 90s structure.

Condition:

Very good vintage condition — no rips or stains.
